Property owners will be able to find assistant hosts on the Airbnb platform

Renting a home is relatively easy when it comes to a single property. However, if the owner has several properties in different villages, cities or even countries, then it can become a complex, chaotic and headache-inducing process.

In order to solve this problem and make life easier for hosts, the housing rental service "Airbnb" has launched the "Co-Host Network" platform, which allows hosts to find other experienced local hosts, assistant hosts, who can help manage properties.

The Co-Host Network is a LinkedIn-like platform that brings home hosts together with trusted assistants who can handle daily tasks and deal with potential problems on site. This platform offers you to find experienced hosts with a high rating (at least 4.8) and at least 10 guest stays. Assistant hosts can offer services such as property preparation, rental pricing, guest management, on-site guest support, cleaning. They can set their own service prices.

Significantly, Airbnb introduced a similar solution last year that allows hosts to add assistants who can complete certain tasks and receive a percentage of the booking fee. The company is now developing this platform to be more extensive and efficient. "Co-Host Network" currently operates in 10 countries, including the USA, Great Britain, France, Italy.
