Advice from the Internet: Some ways to help yourself and your teen when angry

 Anger is an emotion that is neither negative nor positive. We can cut a husband's shirt with scissors in anger, break an expensive vase, but anger can help us solve problems, make decisions or make changes.


If you also have a teenager growing up in your home - take a look at the list and teach your child how to quickly deal with a bad mood, negative emotions and anger. Very simple techniques that will make you feel better in 1 minute! Try it yourself and teach it to your child. Tell him again that it is normal to feel anger and anxiety, it is important to understand these feelings and know what technique to use in order to be able to help yourself more successfully and quickly.

1. Blow up 10 balloons! If there are no balloons - just take a deep breath and blow your anger out into the field!

2. Clench your hands tightly into fists and quickly release, throwing your anger on the ground, repeat this 10 times.

3. Massage your head in the temples and the part where the hair grows. Don't be afraid to do it pretty strong.

4. Rinse your face with cold water - at least 3 times - while doing this, bubble the anger in the water and rinse it away.

5. Play your favorite song, preferably at a fast pace, and dance with all your heart!

6. Change the environment! Get dressed and go for a walk - outside in the fresh air for at least 20 minutes!
